Audi has begun accepting orders for the all-new Q3 in India, marking the entry of the updated SUV into the market. Customers can reserve the vehicle for a token amount of Rs. 1 lakh through the Audi India website, the myAudi Connect app, or directly at dealerships. While the price tag is not yet fixed, the company expects to announce rates next month. The SUV is scheduled to hit the streets in October 2026.
Design and Dimensions
The 2026 Q3 features a completely revamped exterior with a larger grille and slim LED lighting at the front. The bumper is sharper, and the rear gets connected LED tail-lights along with an illuminated badge. The SUV measures 4531 mm in length, 1859 mm in width, and 1623 mm in height, sitting on a 2681 mm wheelbase. These dimensions suggest the cabin will offer more room than the outgoing model.
The vehicle is also larger than the outgoing model, with an increase in overall size contributing to a more spacious interior. It rides on 18-inch alloy wheels and a new rear design that incorporates connected LED tail-lights and an illuminated Audi logo. The exterior changes are designed to give the SUV a distinct visual identity compared to previous generations.
Interior Features
Inside, the dashboard is dominated by a 12.8-inch touchscreen and an 11.9-inch digital instrument cluster. Audi has moved the gear selector to the steering column to clear up the centre console. The list of amenities includes a Sonos sound system, a panoramic sunroof, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, dual-zone climate control, paddle shifters, ambient lighting, a powered tailgate, and a 360-degree camera. The boot space is rated at 488 litres.

The interior layout prioritises a modern and tech-focused environment, moving away from traditional physical controls to maximise available space. The inclusion of wireless connectivity for smartphones and a premium audio system aims to enhance the overall user experience. These technical additions are positioned to appeal to buyers seeking advanced infotainment and comfort features.
Engine and Performance Specs
Powering the new Q3 is a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that produces 204 BHP. The unit is paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox and Audi’s Quattro all-wheel-drive system. The automaker states the vehicle can accelerate from 0-100kph in 7.1 seconds and has a top speed of 229 km/hr.
The new Q3 will be locally assembled in India, a detail that aligns with the company’s broader strategy for the market. It is positioned to compete against the BMW X1 and Mercedes-Benz GLA. Although the official pricing and full variant details remain under wraps, Audi expects to reveal them closer to the launch event. The vehicle is expected to be priced around Rs. 55 lakh-60 lakh, ex-showroom.
With bookings now open, the new Audi Q3 brings a fresh design, a more tech-focused cabin and a more powerful package to Audi’s entry-level SUV line-up. The official pricing and complete variant details will be revealed closer to its launch.
