BMW Motorrad India has increased prices for the F 450 GS motorcycle across all three variants. The Base and Exclusive versions now cost Rs. 25,000 more, while the GS Trophy has seen a Rs. 30,000 hike.

The updated ex-showroom prices are Rs. 4.95 lakh for the Base, Rs. 5.15 lakh for the Exclusive, and Rs. 5.60 lakh for the GS Trophy.

Price Breakdown

The Base variant’s price rose from Rs. 4.70 lakh to Rs. 4.95 lakh. The Exclusive model moved from Rs. 4.90 lakh to Rs. 5.15 lakh. The GS Trophy saw the largest absolute increase, from Rs. 5.30 lakh to Rs. 5.60 lakh.

BMW offers an optional 830 mm seat for riders who prefer a lower height, down from the standard 845 mm.

Technical Specifications

The F 450 GS features a 420 cc, liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine, delivering 48 bhp at 8,750 rpm and 43 Nm at 6,750 rpm. Its chassis includes a steel tubular trellis frame, KYB upside-down front forks, and a directly linked KYB rear spring strut.

Suspension travel measures 180 mm, with 220 mm of ground clearance. The bike uses a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheel setup, fitted with 100/90 R19 and 130/80 R17 tubeless tires.

Braking relies on a 310 mm front disc and a 240 mm rear disc, both with dual-channel ABS. The motorcycle weighs 178 kg and has a 14-litre fuel tank.

Standard features include a color TFT instrument cluster, Bluetooth connectivity, traction control, and multiple riding-related electronics. The GS Trophy adds adjustable Sport suspension, Gear Shift Assistant Pro, and an Enduro Pro riding mode.

Other BMW Models

The F 900 GS range starts at Rs. 16 lakh for the Style Passion and peaks at Rs. 16.50 lakh for the Style GS Trophy. The F 900 GS Adventure costs Rs. 17.50 lakh for the Black variant and Rs. 18 lakh for the White Aluminium Metallic Matt version.

The R 1300 GS range begins at Rs. 24 lakh and reaches Rs. 28.60 lakh. The R 1300 GS Adventure ranges from Rs. 26.50 lakh to Rs. 30.05 lakh, depending on the variant.

Additional models in BMW’s lineup include the C 400 GT (Rs. 11.50 lakh), CE 04 (Rs. 15.25 lakh), S 1000 R (Rs. 22.25 lakh), R 12 (Rs. 22.50 lakh), and R 12 nineT (Rs. 23.50 lakh).
